Has anybody heard of this problem?

We are trying to upgrade an NT4 SP3 PC from IE3 to IE4.01.

During installation, we click on 'YES' to agree to license agreement, then the installation quits. No errors, nothing. It's an HP vectra PC. HP supports says they have heard of this problem but has no solutions.

Any advice?
