WOW! The View designer hoses you if you use more than 3 tables. The best you can do with that is use the designer to get your initial code. You can view the SQL then do a copy and paste of the code into a PRG file. One key point would be to make all your joins sequential instead of nested. I do not envy you having to try to join 10 or more tables. Only once have I had to join as many as 8 Oracle tables. Never again will I have to do that because our Oracle DBAs made Oracle views to do some of this for us.
