If you use VSS through the VFP interface you can do diffs because VFP creates text files that contain the code and properties from your forms and classes. Using VSS through VFP can be a hassle (you may want to search here for threads about this). EPS software has a tool called Source Safe Boost that will do the same thing while using the VSS interface but I don't think it's as seamless.

I realize I can get a history of check-ins/outs from VSS but I want to find the code revisions. Since VSS can only do differences on text files and not VFP's .SCX and .VCX it's not much help (or am I incorrect on this point?)
