MicroAngelo is a very fine toolkit to work on that kind of stuff. It has a browser too, and it's shareware.

What I usually do is Alt-PrtScrn and the paste it to Paint or similar and get the part I want.

This way you can even do a toolbar with UT pictures! :-)
