I don't know in VFP build-in capabilities to export reports to Excel file.
You know command:
REPORT FORM RepFileName TO FILE ExpFileName ASCII

It is good idea for future version to have:
REPORT FORM RepFileName TO FILE ExpFileName WINWORD
and
REPORT FORM RepFileName TO FILE ExpFileName EXCEL

I solved this problem with a procedure in which:
1. analyze report file by opening as table.
2. create cursor with data, columns of which corresponds to control sources of each field in report file.
3. Create Excel file with COPY TO.
