Randy,
We'll need a little more information. Is the grid a child table? Are you using the grid properties to determine the records on it? A cursor? A filtered table? A non-filtered table? A view?

Does your add button need to add foreign key field data? Is it adding the record correctly but not showing it on the grid?

Etc, etc..... Please give details about the grid and what is happening NOW, as the solution depends on it.
