Check that you have defined all SET-commands in your code that could affect ordering of fields (COLLATE, DATE) and that they match with your CONFIG.FPW. I had a lot of weird behavior in runtime environment before I noticed that the settings in CONFIG.FPW don't translate into EXEs.
