I am running an app that generates a client id number. The user enters the client name, address and phone etc. Once it completes that, the users presses a button and it automatically generates a client id no and displays it on screen. I want two things to happen at this point, 1) Insert the new record into a cursor and 2) automatically start a new record once the users tabs back up to the client name field, which is the first field they enter data into.

Is this at all possible?
