I'm sorry I can't give you any specific help, but I do know that windows requires your DLL to be listed in the registry for the createobject call to find the .DLL, just putting it in the system directory isn't enough.

I've read something about it in the manuals somewhere, but I can't remember if that REGSVR32 is what does it.
