You can easily maximize your application (if you use the main VFP Window, _SCREEN.WindowsState - 2 will do this neatly) and yopu can determine what the horizontal and verticle resolution is (SYSMETRIC(1) and SYSMETRIC(2)), so that you can reposition things as appropriate.

The actual size (physical dimensions) of your screen are unknown to VFP; if your screen resolution is 800x600, it doesn't know if that's being displayed on a tiny 4"x5" display, or on the world's largest projection screen.
