Hi every one!

For the past few days, I have noticed a strange behavior in my Windows 98 PC. Remember those 'OPEN' dialog boxes that you get in various applications when you select File|Open. On my PC, regardless of the application I'm in, the files in 'OPEN' dialog boxes are not alphabetically orderd! So I need to right click and Arrange Icons by Name each and every time I open them!
Does anyone know where this behavior is set?

Any ideas are appreciated.
