>This is my first attempt with Fox in a network environment :) and I am having trouble getting my database to access tables across the network(windows 98/NT) . I get a message that I cannot link the table to the database when I set the path to access the tables on the server. I have made an exe and the system works well as standalone... how do I get this to work? Thanks for your help.

I assume you are saying that you have the .DBC local, and the tables remote... you set a path to the remote and your system can't find the tables.

Make sure there is no path in the .DBC that links it to the tables. IF there is, and it is not correct, you will not find the tables. If there is no path, then the FoxPro path will be searched.
