>>Sounds great... is there a site where I can find more information about PGP?>>
PGP is great, but the biggest draw back is the owning company: Network Associates. But once you get the SDK from them you really don't need them. Hey if you use foxpro then Network Associates support is about the same !! They bundle the PGP SDK with another product PGP Enterprise Security Suite...which is for ultra paranoid people ( almost me ). This suite, encrypts and locks down entire hard disks, wipes memory so no traces of data are in there and all other kinds of wacky and weird crypto stuff. All you need is the sdk, the website is WWW.NAI.COM, don't be surprised if you get lost in the site, or can't find it, as the site is difficult to navigate, also check out the competition at RSA.

For info on using PGP the best place is www.dejanews.com and select power search. Limit your newsgroup search to "comp.security.pgp.discuss" and / or "comp.security.pgp.tech". These newsgroups are the "universal thread" of PGP. Search for PGP SDK or PGPSDK or Visual Basic AND PGP. You will even find links to wrappers written around the SDK and all kinds of goodies, including links to PGP International ( 128 bit outside of the US ) etc...
