In my startup code I have "set path to ..\time" and then in the icon set the app to start in e:\time, which is the drive and directory on the server. I am still gettting the error that I cannot link due to duplicate or missing fields.

Point VFP at the server and open the database and tables manually. Do you still get this error?

Where does the error occur, can you pinpoint it a line of code?
