Yes FoxTeach is in Toronto. I went to the one this year and the conference sold out so the organizers are definitely doing it again next year. Not sure what the logisitics were for not having one last year and then bringing it back but this years was very good attracting developers from around the world. One of the main reasons I heard from these people for attending FoxTeach in Canada instead of DevCon was $$$$$$$.
