Yes? In the DevCon binder on the "General Information" pages I find the following section:

Photo and Comment Release
Film and video may be taken of conference activities.

Maybe my English is not as good, but as far as I would understand this this means that you can video tape or take pictures of any conference activites, including any sessions. Or am I wrong with this interpretation?
