Hi Chris:

I am finally catching back up and saw your question... Steve Ruhl's answer is one approach. I use a product called 'PrntScrn Deluxe' from 'American Systems' that can either do a direct screen print to printer or create a variety of graphics file formats (with automatically generated file names so you don't have to stop to name each one...) and even has limited editing capability (crop, rotate, etc...). As I recall it was around $20-$30 and can even be downloaded directly from the website... There are also a bunch of other cheaper and more expensive screen capture utilities or you could even try just copy to _clipboard and paste into your DOC file from there... If you want to generate help files, too, you might want to investigate RoboHelp. Its expensive but I'm told its easy to use and has the screen capture stuff included, as well as the ability to generate different help file formats without using the M$ help compiler foolishness.

HTH

Rob
