Sigh - this is yet another promised feature that MTS doesn't live up to.
MTS exports the actual COM objects, but doesn't deal with any of the
dependencies. IOW, when you move a package you need to make sure that
all support files like the runtimes, data etc are there already. In most
cases this means a full install just as usual. The only benefit of the
package move is that the objects auto-register and bring in all existing
security and pacakage settings whcih can be significant.
