Using VB6 (SP3) under Windows 98.

Occasionally, (three or times a day) the boundtext of a dbCombo on ome of my forms is being set to "", even though the text property is OK (showing as the proper value selected from the drop-down)!

This seems very similar to a bug reported by Microsoft as being fixed in VB6 (KB Article Id: Q186682).

Can anyone help! I've tried everything to fix or go around it.
