Well you're not really bailing out of the docking, since the event fires after docking is complete. I don't know how well this will behave in production, but in design, it seems to happen so fast after docking that the user can't tell that the toolbar was ever really docked. The test was run on a PII 350 w/ 128 Mb under VFP 6.0 SP3. Your results may vary< g >.
