I guess not quite. There was a small problem with this. If the grid did not scroll (maybe only 1 record) then there was a possibility that the scroll event does not fire and hence the screen was locked and couldn't be unlocked. To fix this I called the setfocus on the other object on the mouseup event of the grid. That way the other object's when always fires and unlocks the screen.
