We are going to but we can't yet. We are in the middle of a critical testing phase and doing something major like getting a service pack is too big a wrench to throw in the system right now. Service packs sometimes cause as many errors as they fix. However, even if we could install SP3, it is doubtful that it would solve this problem since MS doesn't have any documentation of this bug existing and the documentation for SP3 doesn't mention fixing any problem of this nature.
Any other ideas?
