I don't know of any, and if there were they would be very specific. Although EDIFACT is a set of standards, there are a lot of them, and it is surprising how different users interprit their use.

Basically, you will need to get the documentation of the standard you are using and write specifically to that. Then test and adjust with several test files from each of the people you will be corrresponding with.
