The reason you still have a fox in the task bar is because you haven't created a 16bit icon. Icon files hold 4 icons 32bit, 16 bit etc. Windows then requests the required icon and displays it. Your Icon file can only hold the 32 bit one. To add in a 16 bit icon, use the imagedit program supplied with fox
