It depends on which version of FoxPro (and possibly which version of OS/2.
Under OS/2 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0 I ran FoxPro DOS and FoxPro for Windows, both the 2.x varieties, without a hitch.

VFP3.0, on the other hand, could NOT be run (that was on OS/2 v3.0, and that was because of the level of WIN32S supported by OS/2.

It may be that OS/2 now supports the level required for VFP 3, but you would have to try for yourself.
