As another cival servant, who does not serve civilians, I find the following ammendments apropriate:

The customer is very seldom right, the higher ranking the less likely.

It then becomes expected

6 & 7 are true as is, provided a lengthy list of provisios is appended.

But despite low pay and long hours, is'nt progamming for a government fun?
