Dear Kelly:

MSVC 4 works great. There is a problem in the manual that
may fix the problem:

On page 188, under Compiling and Linking the Library, under
the section To Establish Project Settings, add this step:

4a In the Runtime Library Dropdown list box, choose
MULTI-THREADE USING DLL.

I can't remember exactly what happened before I did this,
only that it didn't work!
