Check out my Extended Foxtools Help file in the download section (in Coding, Syntax and Commands). It's completely cross-referenced, and complete through VFP 5.0.

If you've ever tried to determine the window handle of a VFP form, you know that's a difficult proposition. I've used foxtools since FPW 2.5 and continue to do so. Some of the functions, especially when it comes to parsing string, are quite useful. Then there are the direct links to some of the API. If you look at the help file, I've documented where many of the functions map to.
BTW, if you don't mind me asking, what are you trying to do here? From the sound of things, it seems like you're trying to get bitmap images of VFP objects. Is this correct?
