Actually not, if you're not too picky about how it looks :). You can write decent HTML quite easy, while you keep it simple. With RTF, you have all the overhead of special syntax even if you're doing something simple.
Still, there's no automatic AND fullproof method of printing into HTML or RTF - there's GenRepoX, there's FoxWord, but both seem to have their bad moments. I've done both manually (without these drivers), and HTML is actually far easier - and it is much faster to test.
