You might be able to simulate something like this in regular VFP:
- use a Pageframe with NO tabs
- place bitmaps (drawn any way you want) above the pageframe and toggle their .Visible properties appropriately
- put a .Pageframe.PageX.SetFocus() in the .Click() of the bitmaps
