Is that NT Workstation? If so, then upgrade and be sure you get the latest WinNT Service Pack - I think it's SP3, but NOT the Visual Studio SP3.

I'm having different but VFP-related problems at a client's NT3.5 server, and he's going to upgrade in July (new fiscal year after 7/1/99). I hope it helps.
