No, numeric values are not legal with checkboxes, only logical type. I would suggest to unbind the checkbox from the view and manually assign and save changes from the view to the checkbox.

Debugging shows the cursor field 'check' as being numeric which I believe is a valid data type for a checkbox. Can anyone help?
