>I am trying to come up with a way to put a 'stop work' date on an application. Not wanting to simply put a statement to check the system date in the code, (the user needs only change the date and the application will continue to work) I have to find a way to stop the application from working until they have ordered it. I thought accessing the system registry would be the answer but am not sure how to do that. Any help or other suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

See Registry Class on Rick Strahl's West-Wind web site. This is a free class for dealing with the registry.
