I think that's the problem I have with that definition of quality. I don't care if a manufacturer "thinks" they make a quality product just because it fits their requirements. If it doesn't fit mine, I don't consider it a quality product (symantically correct or not). I see someone's thesis paper in here somewhere ;-)
