I have a memo field in the page header with other (non-memo) fields below. The memo WILL stretch, but it writes on top of the fields below because they aren't moving (or floating). What am I missing? Seems like this should not be as difficult as I seem to be making it.....

Also, check the box in all the fields of the same band below
a memo field that stretches "Relative to bottom". If it is
stacked memo fields, they will not cover each other, but constant
height fields under a memo field will be covered when the space
is needed. HTH
