>I am not sure if what you are attempting to do is allowed when MSDE is deployed on Win9x. For the name of the server, are you using the name of the Win95 machine? What error are you receiving? I would suggest in your situation, installing MSDE on your WinNT machine.

I got it figured out. The first problem was just a matter of setting up the ODBC connection correctly. I then ran into the problem of not having a username or password, but a fellow programmer with SQL experience suggested using "sa" as the username and leaving the password empty. This worked! Everything works as advertised now!
