Hi Evan,

Pardon me for crashing this party, but I feel that every VFP programmer ought to have at least Hacker's Guide to VFP 6.0 by Granor and Roche and The Effective Techniques Book by Booth & Sawyer both available from Hentzenwerke.

George Tasker in his reply said everything I would say about Effective Techniques, and said it better. I would only add that every time Jim B sneezes he probably kills more good ideas than I'm ever likely to have. Sawyer is no dummy either.

Granor and Roche have a lot of good information (and some misinformation), but it is usually what I reach for first when I'm stuck.

regards,
Jim Edgar
