>Chrysler's CEO has the following Laws. What do you think? As far as I'm concerned, he on the right track.
So now we know why Daimler-Chrysler is #3 in the US and quickly losing ground to Ford and GM. Here are my codicils to Lutz's laws:
1. The Customer is NOT always right.
But he thinks he is, and if you don't he won't buy from you again.2. The primary purpose of business is NOT " to make money "
In which case it is not a business -- its a charity.3. When everyone else is doing it, DON'T !
Good plan except when everyone else is right.>
>4. Too much Quality can ruin you.
Too little quality absolutely WILL ruin you, no maybes about it5. Financial controls are Bad.
Financial controls are an absolutely necessity, unless you just love bankruptcy court.6. Disruptive people are an asset.
The asset is the guy who knows when and how to be disruptive -- otherwise he's just a disruptive jerk.7. Teamwork isn't always good.
But the absence of teamwork is always bad.regards,
