Not really sure what you are getting at Paul, but SET REFRESH sounds like it should help you out here. DISregard the Help's words strongly suggesting that it is only operational for BROWSE. Also keep in mind that no changes can be "broadcast" until a TableUpdate is done (assuming that you are using buffering).
