>P.S. < realizing she finally found somebody that knows something about FP > Have you done much with the scripting component tool in FP98? If so, anything I need to be aware of? (I figure I better ask since FP98 seems to be one of the most un-documented M$ products I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure to beat on)

Tell me about it! If I can't find something in there (help, menu browsing, window shopping) within 5 mins, I get sick of looking and do it the old fashioned way and directly edit my HTML. Then, I try right clicking the new portion and see what options I'm given. If there's nothing I can do, I do it all manually and figure I at least learned what I CAN'T do in FP98 with it's wizards.

>I've been avoiding the scripting thingy since it's not listed as a big item on the 70-055 exam requirements. I know I need do scripting if I really want to become a true webhead, but I'm so spoiled on the M$ office ect. programmer friendly VBA tools that I hate to deal with this now, in FP98. Been hoping to wait until I get into another tool...

It may not be listed as very important, but it still is if you want to use the web to your advantage. Also, in case they catch you with more than your fair share of scripting, at least you can smirk to your heart's content when you answer the questions!
