>I am currently doing some documentation on how to use VFP and VBA for my current company and was wondering if any one out their would like to get a copy of this document when it is finished. It will be a step by step guide on how to control microsoft office within VFP, which commands to use to do what with examples. I was wondering what the idea out their of this was and if anyone would be interested in a manual like this...WORD IS NEAT TO USE AS A REPORT WRITER, Especially if you are using an active document!!!

Hi Darren,

Nice of you to share your experience on this.
I already expereminted a lot with this as well.
Automation with Word and Excel from within FoxPro.
Already did in the old days with Fox2.6 and Word2.0 and 6.0 through DDE... something commands.
Theser days with the object model of word and excel.

So I'm very interested in your findings on this.
And If I can help you out somewhere or share some expertise or findings you're very welcome.

regards,
