I went last year and have now made it a part of the budget to go every time it is offered. Many of the same speakers are there as are at DevCon and as one speaker put it their presentations are a bit more polished since they have had more practice in putting them on.

The additional benefit to your company is that you would not miss an entire work week for the training. See if you can sell that to your boss.
