Maybe I put this message in the wrong spot before(Form Designer)...PLEASE reply...

I'm grappling with the problem of usinga numeric text box for user entry(ie:990.10 or 1001.10) and I read about a numeric textbox
class available in the files section...well guess what,I can't download it, because I'm not a PREMIER member and that file has
been downloaded too many times....WHAT?!?!? I don't have the money to put out right now for premier membership, and I NEED
this fix!! Can someone maybe e-mail me the file, or give me the code that I need to use? Here's more specifics on my particular
problem:

Representative numbers are stored like this as text: 990.10 or 1001.10(no I can't store them as numbers...some functions I perform
on the numbers require that they be STORED as text)
My problem is that if I specify an inputmask of ####.## then for those rep numbers less than 4 digits to the left of the decimal it
puts 2 decimals side by side and knocks out a number....HELP!!
