If you put a CHR(12) in the last group footer, then issue another REPORT FORM command, the second report's page 1 will print on the back of the last page of the previous report [if odd numbered]? Assuming you have a printer capable of doing this, among your other caveats.

My understanding was that they wanted page one to always be on the front side. So if the you want the pages to continue from where the last report ended, front or back, you would not have to do anything. Now you have me confused. I guess I need to reread the post.

What I have given is a way for the first page of a new group to always be on the front of a page. If group one takes three pages f/b/f, group two would be on the back side of page 2. My example would make sure that we issue a form feed if the group changed and the pageno was odd.

Have I confused you?

Jeff
