The last MSDN CD set (and all of the MSDN subscription sets going back several months) have been 3 CDs; the MSDN Library set with Visual Studio Enterprise (at least the current one in my MSDN Universal Subscription copy) is only two CDs, so I suspect there's content in the MSDN subscription that may not be a part of Visual Studio's stuff.
