The quality of speakers and sessions is every bit as good as at the M$ sponsored conference, and its really nice to have more of a chance to 'schmooze' with the 'big guns' on a more personal basis. I thinks its a much better value than the M$ devcon, and am really sorry I won't make it to this year's event, due to a conflict on other business.

Hi Bonnie:
Good to see you in P.S. Well, ya know, there will be some duplication, but I have found that Barry and Mike have done a good job in the past of getting enough variation in the themes that I still found the S.Cal DevCon worth my while... Maybe I just need the repetition to drum it all into my thick head...
In any event, the price is right and the fact that most of the conference is held over a weekend makes it attractive to those who need to bill out for their time during the week... FWIW: I thought enough of it to pay for myself (twice so far), even though my full-time employer did not reimburse me.
Take care.
Rob
