Has anybody got the new Web style Anomaly Tracking System running under W95?

I have loaded all of the Server programs listed (it is running PWS on the same machine) plus VFP6 SP3, have actioned the client side requirements, and get as far as the login form in the Browser (IE5). However, all I keep getting (using the admin user and password) is a dialog entitled VBScript: ATSWeb saying "Application data could not be loaded". No further clues are given.
