When using PHDBase, the PHDBase library file must be set anytime the DBF is in use. If the DBF is updated without the PHDBase library set, the PHD index will not be updated.

Also, if performing a =PHD("<>") on a table without a PHD index, you will get a "Table has no PhDbase Index" error message.
