I have 2 tables with following structure:
ManData:
Name CardId addr phone

Topup:
CardId TopupDate TopupValue

I need to have a report that as the following:

Topup Date
1/1/99 (d/m/yy)

Name TopupValue(Total topup in that day)
David $120
John $100

(Everybody who do topup in this day)
------------------------------------------------
Total $220 (daily total sales)

2/1/99
Robert $200
King $222
---------------------------------------------------
Total $420

(Every day record as the above)
After
---------------------------------------------------
Monthly Sales : $640
