Everytime I try to save any form (including some test ones I created by just dropping controls onto a form without binding to data, setting properties, overriding methods or adding custom methods or properties). I get the following error message.
"error instatniating class. Cannot find _custom in _base.vcx. The Ffc directory in VFP does indeed have a visual class library _base. And it does not include the class _custom.
Do I simply need to reinstall vfp; is this a configuration problems; or does the "Save As HTML simply not work." BTW, I do not need the exported code to actually work. I am sick of the alternatives of giving my users screen shost of my screens made by pasting the print screen into a graphics program or redrawing them in viso. The idea occrured to me that if I could simply get VFP to export the screen into HTML, I would end up with a very clear picure of where the controls were on the screen in relation to one another and what the prompts were. This would be more useful to put in the manual and annotate than the darn fuzzy screen shots. And I really don't want to repaint screens in Visio.
